It is a mental attitude that expects good and favorable results. A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action. Whatever the mind expects, it finds

………….. Many people are defeated by the every day problems of life, Indeed, nobody lives without problems. ……….. I do hope we don’t just hear but we have to practice how to “will” not to be.


Here I am going to give you the ways what we should do to keep a Positive Thinking.

  1. Believe in yourself and release your inner powers.

Have faith in your abilities! Without beliefe, everything is impossible and without a humble but a selfish in your own powers you can not be successful and happy. Self-confident and optimistic thought pattern can modify and overcome your daily problems of life.

  1. Have a peaceful mind.

“an ear full of trouble” and “a mind full of peace” A primary method for gaining a mind full of peace is to practice emptying the mind. Eamptying our mind of fears, hates, regrets, incequarities and guilt feeling. Making this effort to empty our mind tends to give us reliefe.

Good things and bad things, we have to limit and not accept all that we listen to.

  1. Expect the best and get it

When we have many problems of life, we should think first how we can solve it and the most important we have to ask ourself “what will I get if I don’t care about the problems and what will I get if I can solve and finish the problems” don’t have a narrow mind but we have to think to the future that human is possible if do not have problems in this life.

  1. Break the worry habit in your life

You don’t need to be victim of worry. A famous psychologist asserts that “worry is analogized with fear that is the most dis-integrating enemy of human personality. Indeed, everyone has worry but can we let the worry dominate our life? Of sourse no. we have to break the worry habit from our life. So, what’s the relation between worry and Positive Thinking? I think when we are worrying about someone, we have no Positive Thinking there.


Alright Ladies and Gentlement, let me repeat the point of my speech today. As I said that there are four points they are …… I have no doubt at all when we are successful to practice them, our life will be full of joy and satisfaction. The last question is, have we done it?
